The Laurentian University Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) will be holding nominations for the 2006-2007 GSA Executive Council from Monday, March 6 to Friday, March 17, 2006. Volunteer positions available for the 2006-2007 Executive Council are:

· President
· Vice – President
· Secretary
· Treasurer
· Social Convenor

Please complete and submit a nomination form at the Office of Graduate Studies (L-314) before March 17, 2006. Elections will take place at lunch (noon – 1 pm) on Wednesday, March 29. Please email gsa@laurentian.ca if you are not able to vote on this day and require an advance ballot.

Congratulations! LU graduate students paddled their way to victory in the GSA “Masters of the University” dragon boat at the 2005 Dragon Boat Festival by raising almost two thousand dollars for the Sudbury Manitoulin Alzheimer Society Capital Campaign.
